火电厂四大管道材料供应定额的确定

摘要 对火电厂大型机组的主蒸汽管道,高温再热管道,低压再热管道和高压给水管道的材料消耗规律进行了研究,这四种管道材料具有耐高温、耐高压、大口径、厚管壁的性质,提出了电力部门四大管道材料供应定额确定方法,并对加强这些钢管的供应管理工作提出相应措施。 A study on the regularity of material consumption for the pipings of four categories,namely the throttle steam piping, high-temperature reheat piping, low-pressure reheat piping and high-pressure feed piping. All of those pipes should be made with the materials of high-temperature, high-pressure and enabling to be made the pipes with large diameter and thick wall. A method for determining the quantitative normal of material supply of four-category piping said above is put forward to the Electric Power Authorities,and a measure for supply management of such materials is also suggested.
