光学测量红细胞聚集的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON RED CELL AGGREGABILITY BY OPTICAL MEASUREMENT

根据红细胞聚集时光通过血样透射强度增加的原理，设计了一种新型的双圆筒式的红细胞聚集仪。为验证该仪器的有用性，我们测量了不同压积条件下，红细胞的聚集情况，并定义了评判红细胞聚集的两种指标（Ta，α）。

Based on the principle of the light transmission intensity through the blood sample, we designed a new aggregometer for continuous measurement of red blood cell aggregation in a step-wisely rotating flow. To demonstrate its utility, we measured red cell aggregation under all kinds of hematocrits and defined two indices(Ta,α) of aggregation, by using recordings of the transmission intensity in blood samples with different hematocrits.
