缺血性中风红细胞膜脂质过氧化物与膜粘度关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过对脑梗塞患者及健康对照者进行红细胞膜脂质过氧化物、膜微粘度及红细胞变形能力的测定,发现患者组红细胞膜脂质过氧化物、膜微粘度显并高于对照组,红细胞变形能力显著低于对照组,且患者组红细胞膜脂质过氧化物含量与后两者有直线相关关系,提示对中风患者进行抗脂质过氧化治疗可能具有一定意义。 The microviscosity and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) level of erythrocyte membrane from 62 ischemic stroke patients and 34 control subjects were measured. The MDA level and microviscosity of erythrocyte membrane of patients significantly increased, but erythrocyte deformability decreased , when compared with the control subjects. In addition, the MDA level of erythrocyte membrane in ischemic patients inversely correlated with microviscosity and deformability. These findings suggested that decreasing membrane lipid peroidation may be important for treating strokes.
