摘要
观察了五项 EXT 测定中的影响因素,发现采血过程时间≥240秒时,EXT 测定结 果差异显著(P<0.050~0.010);旋转时间为5分钟时,不能形成血栓,旋转时间为10分钟时, 血栓形成不良;旋转时间≥20分钟时,与15分钟的EXT差异显著(P<0.05);旋转速度为3. 7rpm时,不能形成血栓或血栓形成不良;实验温度为25℃或43℃时,EXT结果与37℃差异显 著(P<0.050);血栓形成后放置的时间≥1小时时,EXT测定结果差异显著(P<0.050~0. 005)。
Five factors have been detected affecting the results of EXT. When blood sample time is ≥240 sec, the differences in EXT were statistically significant (P<0. 050-0. 010). When the rotating time was 5 minutes, thrombus did not well formed. When the rotating time was raised to 10 minutes, poor thrombus formation was observed, the EXT was statistically different from that of a rotating time of 20 to 30 minutes (P<0. 050). At a rotating speed of 3. 75 rpm, the thrombus was so poorly formed that EXT could not be performed. At the experimental temperatures of 25℃ and 43℃, EXT results were statistically different from those of 37℃'s. A statistically significant difference also existed when thrombotic lay up time exceeded 1 hour (P<0. 05-0. 005).
