摘要
本文报道肺心病心衰１１６例，小剂量肝素治疗组65例，对照组51例。治疗组在临床症状及血液流变指标改善方面，较对照组有显著差异（P＜0．05）。小剂量肝素静脉给子是较为安全的。
This paper reports 116 cases of pulmonary heart failure .65 cases were treated with small dose heparin and another 51 cases were used as controls. There's marked differ-ence between the treated group and the control group in clinical symptoms and hemorheologi-cal indices (P<0. 05). Administration of small dose of heparin is safe.
