A Study of the Effects of Variable Inertia on the Torsional Vibrations of ICE

摘要 本文分析了内燃机曲柄连杆机构往复运动件的高谐次运动对轴系惯量变化和固有频率的影响,并对一多缸机轴系进行了扭振计算.指出,在研究变惯量系统时,只考虑往复运动件的简谐运动会带来较大误差.本文还对变惯量系统的共振现象进行了探讨. The effects of high order motions of reciprocating parts on the variation of inertias and natural frequencies of crankshaft system are discussed in this paper. A calculation of tor-sional vibration on a six - cylinder engine shows that an error would be emerged if the high order motions of reciprocating parts were not taken into account. The resonance of variable inertia crankshaft system is also discussed.
