Application of Electric - Arc Spraying Technique to Harness Corrosion of Ship Steel Structure

摘要 本文论述了舰船钢结构的腐蚀机理,腐蚀特点及影响因素.指出电弧喷涂铝复合涂层能够长期有效地对舰船钢结构进行腐蚀保护,延长舰船钢结构的使用寿命,这是其它任何腐蚀防护技术都难以实现的.电弧喷涂铝复合涂层的具体涂层设计是:电弧喷涂铝金属涂层十有机封闭涂料涂层十常规舰船面层涂料涂层. The mechanism and characteristics of corrosion of ship steel structure and the environmental effect on it are expounded in this paper. It points out that the composite coating formed by aluminium arc spraying and close treatment can effectively increase the corrosion lifetime of steel structure. Other techniques are hardly equal to it.The layer designing by electric are spraying of ship steel structure is: Metal aluminium layer by electric arc spraying + layer by organic paints close coating + layer by conventional ship surface paints coating.
