摘要
基于ＩＥＣ出版物８６８和８６８─０，分析了国际电热协会（ＵＩＥ）闪变仪的测试原理以及闪变严重度的估计与评价方法，完成了该测试仪的研制和实验验证，最后给出了波动信号提取过程的数字仿真结果。
Based on the UIE publications 868 and 868─0,the paper presents an analysis of the measuring priciple of UIE flicker instruments and its method for evaluating the flicker severity, the completion of the instrument and its test verfication have been made.Finally,the results of a digital simulation on the course of getting fluctuation signal are also revealed.
