摘要
提出一种多维约束条件下项目快速近似择优方法。该方法过程是：根据筛选指标先找出最初选择，然后，通过项目交换使总成本减小而确定最优解。结果表明，本方法简便易行，具有实用价值。
A shortcut method for optimizing project selection is proposed in the paper.The method is based on a multi-dimensional restricted optimization and proceeds as follows:after a primay optimization according to the screening indexes,taking the total cost of the projects as the objective,the resulting set is undergone a secondary optimization by means of project alteration,then the final result will be obtained.Practice shows that the method is much simplified,easy to operate and very applicable.
