摘要
在成功制备反相液相色谱聚丙烯酸酯空心柱(约12μmI.D.)基础上,从实验中观察到非极性溶剂对聚丙烯酸酯固定相有明显的溶胀效应。经过溶胀的聚丙烯酸酯空心柱有效地增加了固定相膜厚度,提高了柱容量和蒽衍生物的保留时间,柱分离性能也得到明显的改善。
Based on the preparation of the polyacrylate stationary phases on about 12pm I. D. fused-silica capillaries for reversed phase open-tubular liquid chromatography, the swelling of the polyacrylate films was observed in the presence of non-palar solvents. This swelling can result in effectively increasing the film thickness and the column capacity, more favourable retention as well as a significant improvement of the OTC' s chromatographic performance.
