新疆石河子市围产儿死亡率及死因分析

在新疆石河子市人民医院的3056例围产儿中,死亡围产儿82例。尸体解剖66例,尸检率80.5％,围产儿死亡率26.8‰,其中城市21.5‰,农村38.4‰围产儿死因顺位:畸形、缺氧、低体重、产伤。市区可能避免的围产儿死亡中,78％与产时保健有关,因此,今后围产保健工作的重点是提高产科质量。

The following death cause are arranged in order of precedence: malformation, choke , Cow weight, injany during delivery . In the city a-mong the olead new-born babies, 78% were related to the qualty of dlelivery care, therefore, the stress of clelivery care is to enhance the obstetrical quality.
