摘要
本文对武隆县不同经济类型的7个乡镇107个村10万人口的妇幼卫生基础状况进行调查,结果表明:①孕产妇死亡率为301/10万,5岁以下儿童死亡率为92.17‰,婴儿死亡率为69.88‰,均高于全省平均水平;5岁以下儿童死亡以婴儿死亡为主(75.82％),婴儿死亡以新生儿死亡为主(66.38％),新生儿死亡以7天以内死亡为主(84.42％);1～4岁儿童死因居前三位的是腹泻、溺水、肺炎。②7岁以下儿童体检率为3.45％,3岁以下儿童生长发育监测率为2.84％,孕产妇接受3次以上产前检查率14.00％,产后访视率为15.34％,新法接生率为24.56％,住院分娩率为24.31％。
The article is the investigated 101. 4 thousand people of 107 villages of-7 towns of various economic types on 1992 women and children health worka. Main index like dead rate of infant and pregnant women are higher than national average level. Dead rate of pregnant women is 301 People out of 100 Thousand. Dead rate of children under 5 years is 92.17 people out of one thousand. Dead rate of infants is 69. 88 people out of one thousand. Dead rate doesn' t vary much in various e-conomic types and distance to doctors. Dead children under 5 years are mainly infants which reach to 75. 82 pre cent. Dead infants are mainly new born babies which reaches to 66. 38% ,most of dead new born babies died with 7 days which reaches to 84. 42%.b. 3. 45 children under 7 years out of every one hundred take health examinaton, 2. 84 children under 3 years out of one hundred have records of growth 14% pregnant women take 3 or more examinations before giving birth.
