油船的自动化设计

The automation design of oil tanker

概要介绍船舶自动化设计中的三个系统的设计要点与内容,它们是控制系统、报警系统与安全系统。然后以4700t油船的自动化设计为例,解剖了该船在这三个系统设计中的特色与内容,有主机遥控、货油泵控制、机舱、泵舱集中报警、仪表的配备等。还指出凡油船的自动化设计均比其他船舶的自动化设计多了一套货油泵的控制、报警与安全系统。

Briefly introduces the main design points and contents of three systems in ship's automation design. They are;control system,alarm system and safety system. Taking a 4700t tanker as an example,the main characteristics and contents of these three systems are analysed and discussed. Which includes the remote control of main engine,the control of cargo oil pump,engine room,the central alarming in pump room and the equipment of instruments,etc. Finally,it is pointed out that in compare with other ships,the control of cargo oil pumps has to be added in the automation design.
