Project management production platform at prccommissioning, trial operation and produc-tion phases

本文根据国外项目组对海上油气生产平台的调试、试运及投产技术服务工作管理的习惯做法,并结合我国海域中外合作开发的经验,特别是总结了我国自营开发海上油气田的经验教训,提出了建议及要求。

Based on the technical services practised by foreign project management teams at prccommis-sioning, trial operation and production phases yn conjunction with the experience and lessons learned from the gas/oil fields cooperatively developed by Sino-foreign joint efforts and especially from China self-operated fields in Chinese waters,proposals and requirements for these phases are put forward in this paper.
