硅橡胶喉成形术远期疗效观察

The Long-term Observation of Silastic Frame Work in Reconstruction of Larynx after Laryngectomy

本文报告１９８７年２月至１９９１年１月对１７例喉癌采用硅橡胶支架喉成型术，进行远期疗效观察。术后均满意地恢复了吞咽及发音功能，气管套管拔管率为８２％、５年死亡率为２３．５％。对硅橡胶眶支架作为非生物性异物能否长期停留喉内进行了讨论。

The reconstruction of larynx after partial laryngectomy in 17 cases of glottic carcinoma from Feb.1987 to Jan.1991 was studied by using silicon rubber as a prosthesis and a long-term observation was carried out Phonation and swallowing functions were satisfactory after operation.The detubation rate was 82% and the mortality rate was 23.4% after 5 yers.The possibility of whether this non-biological material could be placed in the larynx for a long period of time was discussed.
