犬声带重建的实验研究

Preliminary Study of Vocal Cord Reconstruction in Dogs

本实验将５只犬一侧声带、喉室及部分室带前下部分连同相邻的甲状软骨膜切除后，将缺损区上下软组织松解、拉拢缝合，消除喉内创面。５只犬分期处死，发现在三月后均形成了重建的声带。并对其进行了光镜及透射电镜观察。结果表明此方法可供临床参考。

This experiment was carried in five dogs,The unilateral vocal cord,largngeal ventricle,partial anteroinferior portion of ventricular band and homolateral inner perichondrium of the thyroid cartilage were excised.The upper and lower neighboring soft tissues of the operated area area were released and sutured up in order to obliterate rare area.Five dogs were sacrificed at varying interrals and it was found that formation of new vocal cord 3 months after operation.Light and transmitted eleetron mierosecope were used in this observatien.The result might provide some clinical reference.
