摘要
显微镜观察结果显示,在中度盐胁迫(2%NaCl)下生长发育的大麦根尖细胞出现三个特点:1.根冠淀粉体显著减少;2.基本分生组织区出现淀粉体;3.分生区细胞有丝分裂活动减弱。
Changes occurring in cells in root tips of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) in response to moderate salinity treatment were studied. The results were as follows. 1. Salt caused a decrease of starch grains in the root cap of barley. 2. Starch grains appeared in cells in the ground meristem region of barley root because of salt treatment. 3. Salt treatment also caused a decrease of the mitosis frequency in the meristem region of barley root.
