摘要
木文研究了安徽贝母有性繁殖的过程。结果表明:成熟的种子从吸胀到幼苗形成可分为种胚分化、休眠和萌发三个时期,并在实验条件下分别确定了各期适宜的温度及经历的时间。GA3和微量元素处理安徽贝母的种子,可缩短种胚分化和休眠的时间,提高其萌发率。依此处理的种子进行人工田间播种试验,出苗率可达90%以上。
his article studied thedormancy and germination of Fritillaria anhuiensis Chen et Yin seeds. The results showed that:harvested seedsonly had a proembryo, its development course could be divided into 3 stages, namely embryo differentiation,physiological dormancy and germination. In the stage of embryo differentiation, the suitable temperature wasfrom 5 to 10 centigrades, and it at least. lasted 8 weeks. In the stage of physiological dormancy,the suitabletemperature was 5 centigrades, and it lasted about one week. Suitable temperature for germinating was about 15centiyrades, and it lasted more than 2 weeks. Treated seeds with mineral elements and 500μg/g GA3 could speedup the process of embryo differentiation and physiological dormancy, and raise germination capacity.
