摘要
本文是在原有的长期定位试验地上,研究了施肥、耕作对土壤微生物生物碳、氮、磷量的影响.试验结果表明:多年大量施用麦秸并配合施用化肥对提高土壤微生物生物联、氮、磷量起重要作用.单施化肥可以明显地提高土壤含磷量,但并不能明显地提高土壤进生物生物氮和磷量.耕地后覆盖麦秸对提高土壤微生物生物碳和磷量效果明显.免耕有利于提高土坡微生物生物氮量。
This thesis'aim is to study the effeet of manuring and cultivation on soil microbial biomass carbon.nitrogen and phosphate in original permanent posting experimental plots.The testing results show that it was play an important role to raise soil microbial biomass carbon. nitrogen and phosphate, to apply 2.25~4.50 ton per hacterc wheat ̄stalk and 0.225~0.375 ton per hactare pure nitrogen,0.15~0.30 ton per hactare pure phasphate. it may be to raise soil phosphate content,but not to raise soil microbial biomass nitrogen and phosphate obviously to apply only chemical fertilizer.The cants is very obvious to increase soil microbial biomass nitrogen and phosphate that to cover wheat ̄stalk on land affer plaughing. No ̄tillage are advantageous to increase soil microbial biomass nitrogen.
