高校科技成果转化机制的研究

总结了使四川高校适应社会主义市场经济的需要，加速其科技成果的推广应用的作法及经验，提出了高校要进一步转变观念，完善优惠奖励办法，建立一支善于经营管理、推广科技成果的队伍，促进科技经济一体化的看法。

This paper summerizes the ways of doing and the experiences about adapting Sichuaninstitutions of higher learning to the requirement of socialist marker economy and accelerating the extendapplication of its technologieal achievements. It also presents some conceptions concerning the institutions of hgher learning need to further change one’s idea,to porfect its favoured meritorius measures and to set upateam of skilling in operation management and extending technologlcal achievements,as well as to promotethe technological economic integration.
