摘要
高校科技人员的考核制度是人本管理的一项重要基础工作。该文提出了高校内专业技术人员职务晋升的定性和定量相结合的综合考核方式,并据此提出了对各类专业人员定性和定量综合考核的指标体系。
Evaluation the special and technical personnel in institutions of higher learning is an basaland important task of the porsonnel department.This paper pust forward a comprehensive approach toevaluate the porsonnel both quantitutively and qualititati vely in the promotion to a higher aeadernic title;and accordi ngly this papor advances a system index of quantity and quality evaluation on various kinds ofspecial personnel.
