ADOPTING COMPETIVE SYSTEM AND ENHANCING VIGOR OF REAR SERVICE

为了转换运行机制，深化后勤改革，必须引入竞争机制。有校内竞争，外部竞争，后勤内部的竞争。招标是引进竞争机制，提高效益，增强后勤竞争的途径之一，我们已多次实践。尊重人才，培养人才，提高职工队伍素质，是竞争中取胜的关键。

To convert oporating system and to develop the reformation of rear service,it is neeessary to adopt competive system. There are intramural compotition,outside compotition and inside compotition of rcar service at our university. Ridding is a good way of adopting compotive system,raising efficlency and enhancing vigor of rear serivce. There are bids for peronnel and engineering,authors have practised them for many times. It is proved that the compoting the key of success is regarding talents,nurturing talents and ralsing the quality of the porsonnel.
