TH胶胰管栓塞在Whipple术中的应用

Embolization of Pancreatic Duct with TH Glue during Whipple's Operation

胰瘘为Whipple术后最严重的并发症之一,直接影响了手术疗效。本组观察了10例Whipple术中采用TH胶栓塞胰管,以期防止胰瘘的临床效果。结果表明,该方法能有效地阻断胰液分泌,减少胰瘘的发生;该方法可免去传统的胰肠吻合和胰液引流,简化手术操作,缩短术时,有助于病人的术后恢复。

Postoperative pancreatic fistula is one of the most severe complications of Whipple's operation. For the purpose of preventingpancreatic fistula from development, embolization of pancreatic duct with TH glue was carried out during Whipple's operation in 10 patients. It was indicated that this measure effectively decreased the occurrence of pancreatic fistula formation,which took place once only in this series. Being competent to supersede traditional pancreatoenterostomy and pancreatic duct drainage, this technic made the operative procedure much simpler and less time-consuming,ensuring the postoperative recovery more uneventful.
