摘要
采用三次样条函数能量法,对冷轧轧后带材在纵向残余应力作用下的大挠度屈曲变形和临界失稳问题进行了研究。对轧后边浪、中浪等多种情况,取得了与实验结果吻合较好的计算结果。为研究带材轧后失稳大挠度屈曲变形和临界失稳问题,提供了一个通用、可靠的理论方法。为建立板带轧机板形控制的数学模型,提供了理论基础。叙词:
The large deflection buckling deformation of cold rolled strip acted on by residual stress is studied by using 3-Power spline function energy method. Por many cases of rolled strip's edge wave, central wave and so on, computation tallies with experiment well, which is satisfying. The paper Provides a universal and reliable theory method for studying the large deflection buckling deformation and the critical state losing stability of rolled strip, and theoretical basis for forming the mathematical model of sheet and strip mill's flatness control.
