摘要
以吴承伟和郑林庆的接触因子模型,描述粗糙表面的内燃机凸轮-挺杆副非稳态部分弹流润滑过程;运用快速求解弹流方程的直接迭代算法求解了这一线接触非稳态部分弹流润滑方程。由此深入地分析了凸轮-挺杆副的润滑过程,揭示了凸轮-挺杆表面微凸体在润滑过程中的作用。研究结果为分析凸轮与挺杆擦伤、点蚀机理以及建立动态磨损预测模型提供更加可靠的理论根据。本文的数值方法亦可用于分析其他实际机械系统摩擦副的线接触非稳态部分弹流润滑过程。
Nonsteady PEHL process of engine cam-tappet pair of rough surface is deseribed with Wu Chengwei and Zheng Linqing′s contact factor model, and the line contact nonsteady PEHL equations are solved with a method of fast solving equations of EHL.Therefoce, lubricating process of cam-tappet pair is further analysized, the behavior of surface asperity of cam-tappet in lubricating process is indicated. The conclusion supplies the theoretical basis for analyzing mechanism of scoring, pitting of cam-tappet and establishing transient wear model. The present algorithm can also be extended to analyze line contact transient PEHL. problems of other mechanical systems.
