摘要  研究了3种不同管排数的百叶窗式翅片管换热器的换热特性,由试验数锯整理出传热系数与流速的关系,以试验数据为依据对翅片表面温度场进行了数值计算,导出百叶窗式翅片的翅片效率计算式并根据估算分离法的原理整理出换热准则方程式,为设计百叶窗式翅片管换热器提供了方便. The heat transfer characteristics of louver integrated fin-tube heat exchangers with threedifferent arrangement of tube rows are studied。According on the basis of the experimental data,the re-latiorls between overall heat transfer coefficient and flow veleeities are sorted out,the temporature dis-tribution of the fin is concretely caculated by using numerical analysis method,the forinula of fin effi-ciency of the louver fin is inferred,and the keat transfer dimensional equotion is reckoned by theoryof estimation-separated method . All the resules mentioned above provide convenience for designing lou-ver integrated fin tube heat exchangers.
