本文介绍ＩＧＢＴ智能模块的特点及用它研制成功的ＰＷＭ逆变器电路与试验结果．
This report dcals with the significant design aspects of PWM Inverter with IGBT Power modelc. The functions of the IGBT Power module are introduced in detail, and also listed the test results.
