Effect of Flicker Stimulator on the Correction of Severe and Moderately Degree of Amblyopia in Children

总结应用闪烁视觉刺激治疗弱视２００例２３９眼，其中重度与中度弱视占９５．８２％，总有效率为８３．２６％。平均远视力提高４行（Ｐ＜０．００１）。注视性质的转变（旁中心注视转为中心注视为７６．２９），６０眼的Ｐ－ＶＥＰ检查显示治疗后客观视功能也有非常显著的进步（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对闪烁光矫治弱视的原理，以及光频率及色觉等问题进行了讨论。

Two-hundred children (239 eyes) with amblyopia treated by flicker stimulator were evaluated. Overall effective rate was elevated up 4 lines after the treatment(P<0.01). Rate of fixation character(changed from paracentral fixation to central fixation)was to be 76.29 % of the patients.Objective visual function was to be significantly improved in 60 patients assesecd by p-vep.The principles of flicker stimulator treatment,flicker frequency and color vision physiology were diseussed.
