摘要
应用免疫组织化学和原位杂交方法,检测人和家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)时内皮素(ET)及其A型受体、血管紧张素H一A型受体(AⅡA-R)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)和p53抑癌基因表达的变化,发现在AS斑块中ET及其A型受体、AⅡA-R基因表达增加,NOS基因表达减少,并有突变型p53基因表达增加。提示ET和AⅡ以及NOS基因表达的改变可能参与AS时血管平滑肌细胞增殖过程;p53抑癌基因突变也可能与之有关。

work observated gene--expressing alteration of endothelin(ET)and its
type A receptor(ETA--R),Type l receptor of angiotensin II(AT1
--R),nitric oxide synthesase(NOS)as well as the expressing
al-teration of anti oncogene p53 in human s and rabbit s
atherosclerotic plaque using the method of immunohis-tochemistry and
in situ hubridization. It was found that gene expression of
ET,ETA--R,AT1--R is in-creased while the gene expression of NOS is
reduced. Else,the gene expression of mutating type of p53 is
in-creased.It was suggested that gene--expressing alteration of
ET,AII and NOS may play a important role in the proliferation caurse
of vascular smooth muscle cells in atherosclerosis and mutation
anti--oncogene p53maybe is related to it too.
