摘要
本文用一个特殊膨胀仪对加稀土氧化物添加剂的α′+β′──sialon陶瓷在高氮压烧结(GPS)下的烧结行为进行了研究.结果表明,致密过程受添加剂种类和烧结温度的影响相当大,在1500℃等温烧结时速度控制阶段为扩散阶段,且以Sm2O3为添加剂的陶瓷最易被致密.同时,对烧结中与烧结过程有关的显微结构特征亦进行了讨论.
In this article, the sintering behavior of α'+β'-sialon ceramics with different rare-earth oxide additives under high gas pressure at 1400℃~2000℃ using a particular dilatometer is studied. Densification processes are greatly affected by the kinds of additive and the temperatures applied. The rate-controlling step at 1500℃ might be attributed to diffusion. Ceramic with Sm2O3 additives is the best material to be fully sintered. The microstructral features during sintering are also presented and disscussed in relation to the densification process.
