摘要
本文根据三点法基本原理,给出了圆柱度误差分离的数学模型,并在时域中用递推法求解,从而把圆柱度误差、回转误差和导轨的直线度误差分离开来.该法不必像国内外传统的方法即作正、逆DFT,运算速度快、精度高、实时性强,适合在线测量和实时补偿.本文并给出据此模型研制的测量系统及测量数据处理结果.
In this paper a mathematical model and its time-domain solution for Cylindrical Error Separation Technique(CEST) are presented. According to the proposed technique, the cylindricity of a workpiece, the rotational error of the machine-tool spindle and the straightness error of the machine-tool guide can be simultaneously separated and obtained by processing the three-probe signals under one installation. Compared with the traditional methods based on the Fourier transform, this time-domain solution has the characters of relatively simple algorithm, fast computation, and high accuracy, so it is more suitable for on-line measurement and compensation. The on-line measurement and data processing results are also given in this paper.
