摘要
采用最小二乘法简化优化参数过程,编制程序得到了对应不同的中心频率时超声跟踪反常TeO2方光孔径声光器件的关键设计参数值,并与同类Hg2Cl2器件进行分析、比较,指出了它们各自的优越性.
The key design parameters of square light aperture, beam steering and birefringent TeO2 Acousto-Optical (AO) devices are obtained by computer program for different center acoustic frequencies, where the least square method is employed to simplify the design procedure. Its performances are compared with Hg2Cl2 devices and the advantages of both are analyzed respectively.
