摘要
探讨了双戊烯树脂聚合工艺。通过实验室试验,确定了以桔子萜和工业双戊烯为原料制备双戊烯树脂的适宜工艺条件。工业双戊烯经试压精馏使双戊烯含量提高到70%左右,桔子萜经简单蒸馏得含烯95%以上馏份,采用Lcwis酸催化体系、甲苯为溶剂、催化剂用量7%左右、温度0~+10℃范围下进行阳离子聚合;再经水解水洗、蒸馏等工序可得软化点95~120℃双戊烯树脂。其主要质量指标如色泽、酸值等达到国外同类产品水平。对桔子萜原料,固体树脂得率90%以上。对工业双戊烯原料,树脂用率随双戊烯含量高低而变化,当原料双戊烯含量68.8%时,固体树脂得率63%以上,双戊烯转化率90%以上。本研究填补了国内空白,为小试提供厂可靠依据。
Polymerization proeess of preparing dipentene resins was studied and the suitable reaction condi-tions were determined. Dipentene content in industrial dipentene increased to 70% by means of vacuum frac-tional distillation and limonene content in orange oil was more than95% after distillation. At temperalure of0~10℃witb Lewis acid as catalyst and toluene as solvent dipentene resins (softening point range95~120℃)can be obtained by cationie polymerization,followed by hydrolysis,washing and distillation.Themain quality indexes of resins as color and pH value are about the samc witb those of the produets pruducedabroad. The yield of solld resin from limonene is above 90%,and that from industrial dipentene(contains68.8%dipentene)is more than 63%.The conversion of dipentene is more than 90%,The experinients forma sound base for further industrial testing.
