摘要
探讨制造倍半萜烯酚醛树脂的合成工艺。通过实验室试验,选择出较理想的复合催化剂体系,确定了适宜的工艺条件,为生产提供了可靠的依据。试验以重级松节油为原料,选用BS复合催化剂,与酚醛树脂在95~210℃范围内进行烷基化反应,再经脱水、烃化、蒸馏等工序,可得软化点≥80℃,颜色(加钠色级)7~9,固体树脂得率可达90%以上(以理论产率计算)。
Synthetic process of sesquiterpene-phcnol-formaldchyde resin was studied. Through laboratoryexperiments,a complex catalytic system has been selected and suitable reaction conditions determined.Theseproviued some reliable data for commercial preduction.Using heavy fraction of gum turpentine and phenolicresin as raw materials and BS complex catalyst, sesquiterpene-phcnol-formaldehyde resin(softening point≥80℃,Gardner's color 7~9)was obtained by alkylation at temperature range of 95~210℃ followed by dehy-dration,bydrocarbylation and distillation,etc.. Yield of solid resin was over 90%bascd on thoOry.
