摘要
经试验表明,用百草枯、草甘膦和氯酸钠都能使马尾松间伐材立木充脂。分别采用百草枯浓度为1%~4%、草甘膦2%~12%和氯酸钠2%~8%的药剂处理马尾松间伐材立木,一年后伐下取样测定。发现充脂木段的苯-乙醇抽出物含量分别较对照树木段的增加220%~420%、210%~250%和210%~360%。这种充脂材可用于制浆以提高浮油产量,也可用作生产浸提松香的原料。本试验还考察了药剂种类、割沟方式和药剂浓度对充脂木材苯-乙醇抽出物的影响。
Pinus msssoniana stumpages before intermediat cutting were treated respectively with the following chemicals in different concentrations namely: paraquat 1%,2%,3%,4%;glyphosate 2%,5%,8%,12%;and sodiun、chlorate 2%,5%,8%,and harvested after 1 2 months.The amounts of the benzee- aleohol ex- tracls of the induced stems showed 22%~420% inercase in parquat-treated stems,210%~25% inglyphosate-treated stems,and 210%~36% in sodium chlorate-treated stems Factors affeeting the inereases like sortst,of chemieals,concentrations, and methods of treatments were investigated.
