丹麦长白猪生理生化常值的测定

Determination of common values of physiological and biochemical indices in pigs of Danish Landrace:

１９８３年和１９８６年分别在３０和４４头６～７龄健康的丹麦长白猪中测定主要的生理生化指标结果：体温全距为３８．９～３９．９℃，呼吸数全距为２３～４８次／ｍｉｎ，心率全距为６４～１５２次／ｍｉｎ；红细胞数平均为５００．９万／ｍｍ３，白细胞数平均为１９．５万／ｍｍ３，血小板数平均为５１．５５４万／ｍｍ３，血红蛋白量平均为９．４ｇ／１００ｍｌ；白蛋白平均为４２．０７％，球蛋白平均为１４．４８％，每１００ｍｌ中的血清总蛋白６．３１ｇ，血糖９８．１８ｍｇ，血钙１０．１９ｍｇ，血清无机磷５．６５ｍｇ，血清总胆固醇１７７．０３ｍｇ。

This study was conducted on 30 and 40 healthy pigs of Danish Landrace and the major physiological and biochemical indices were determinated. The tested values of Danish pigs were compared with those of Chinese indigenous breeds. The results showed that the temperature ranged from 38 9 to 39 9℃, breathing times from 23 to 48/min, heart rhythem from 64 to 152/min, and red blood cell number was 500 9 (×10 4)/mm 3 in average, white blood cell 19 8 (×10 4)/mm 3 in average, the average red and white blood albumen were 9 4 g/100ml and 42 07% respectively, mean globulim 14 48%, total blood serum albumen 6 31 g/100ml, blood sugar 98 18 mg/100ml, blood Ca 10 19mg, inorganic P and total cholesterine in blood serum are 5 65mg and 177 03mg respectively. The results are valuble for the pig breeding, feeding and disease diagnosis.
