两级撞击式可吸入空气微生物采样器的研制

Two-stage microbiological aerosol sampler

撞击式可吸入空气微生物采样器是参照美制Ａｎｄｅｒｓｅｎ二级空气微生物采样器研制的。其性能与美制同类采样器比较，二者的收集效率基本一致，相对标准差ＣＶ＜１０％，采集的空气细菌浓度呈显著正相关，ｒ＝０．８９。

Two-stage microbiological aerosol sampler was studied and produced on the basis of US-made two-stage Andersen biological aerosol sampler. Its performance was compared with that of US-made sampler of same type.The results indicated that collecting efficiency of two samplers was quite similar(CV<10%).The statistical analysis of bacteria concentration in air taken assumed obvious positive relationship(r=0.89).
