摘要
为了探讨肾虚证与生命质量的内在联系，作者采用生命质量量表和肾虚证诊断标准，对武汉市两个居委会50岁以上的433例离退休干部和知识分子进行了肾虚证和生命质量的调查与分析。结果表明：肾虚证的出现与生命质量的下降在50岁以上的离退休职工中均有随年龄增长的明显趋势。作者认为如采取补肾治疗，必然能延缓老化过程，提高生命质量，増加健康工作和生活的年限。
To explore the relationship between quality of life and kidney deficicncy of vital energy 433 retired carders and intellectuals from two communities in Wuhan were investigated by using questionnaire of quality of life and diagnosis standard for kidney defi ciency of vital energy.The result showed that there is a obvious tendency of decrease in life quality and of kidney deficiency of vital energy with the aging in above-mentioned 50 years old retired persons.We suggest that if supplied with tonic for treating the kidney deficiencyn of vital energy,the aging process could be put off and quality of life could be enhanced．
