摘要
为探讨自身免疫性内耳病的发病机制,本文用粗制豚鼠内耳抗原免疫豚鼠、观察其内耳听功能、形态学及免疫病理等方面的变化,结果提示通过本实验方法可在部分动物中建立实验性自身免疫性内耳病的动物模型,其发病机制可能与Ⅲ型超敏反应有关。
For studying the pathogenesis of autoimmune inner ear disease(AIED),the homogenous crude inner ear antigen was used to immunize the guinea pigs,ECochG was rccotded before,7 weeks after immunization and before death respectively and the morphological changes in inner ear was observed,the direct immunofluorescence test was used to trace IgG deposition in the inner car.The results showed that experimental model of AIED can be established in partial immunized guinea pigs.The pathogenesis of the experimental AIED may be the hypersensitivity of type Ⅲ.
