带真皮下血管网皮肤游离移植治疗腘窝瘢痕挛缩畸形

Treatment of Malformation of Popliteal Fossa due to Scar Contracture by Transplantation of Skin with Vascular Net of Subcorium

自1982年以来，应用整张带真皮下血管网皮肤（又称超全厚皮片）游离移植治疗腘窝瘢痕挛缩畸形26例，术后随访效果满意，成功率达96．1％。本文对本法的优缺点、供皮区的选择原则和手术要点、并发症发生原因和处理进行了讨论。

26 cases of popliteal fossa malformation for scar contracture have been treated by using of transplant of whole piece skin with vascular net of subcorium since 1982．A postoperative follow-up showed that therapeutic effect were satisfactory with a success rate being 96．1％．In this paper，the advantage and disadvantage of the procedure,selection of donor skin and essentials of surgery,complications of the procedure and their causes and management were also discussed.
