摘要
作者将二氧化碳激光成功地用于家兔气管的焊接吻合。实验分三组:A、B组分别为不切除气管环状软骨及切除气管环状软骨激光吻合组;C组为切除环状软骨丝线吻合组。结果表明,激光吻合气管之家兔术后生存质量明显优于丝线吻合,并且其吻合口组织基本上修复为正常的气管组织结构,无肉芽肿、疤痕形成及管壁增厚现象,吻合口狭窄的发生亦明显低于丝线吻合组。该实验技术方法可行,可望为临床提供一条新型的气管吻合途径。
An experiment of trachea anastomosis in rabbits using carbon dioxide laser was successfully performed.The animals were divided into three groups:group A and B received laser-assisted trachea anastomosis with the tracheal ring removed in group A or left intact in group B.Group C had suture anastomosis with the tracheal ring resected.The results showed that after operation the living quality of rabbits receiving laser-assisted trachea anastomosis was obviously better than that in suture anastomosis group and there was a virtually normal histological reconstruction in the anastomotic site of trachea in Group A and B.There was also a lower incidence of stenosis in the Group A and B.It is believed that the technique of laser-assisted tracheal anastomosis in rabbits is feasible and may serve as a new and promising method for the tracheal reconstruction in the clinical practice.
