急性颅脑损伤的临床分级

Classification of Acute Head Injury

本文提出一种新的急性颅脑损伤的临床分级。系统传统的三级颅脑损伤中的第Ⅲ级再细分为Ⅲ_1、Ⅲ_2和Ⅲ_3型。这种分级方法有助于临床认识和处理急性颅脑损伤，并且与颅脑损伤的病理损害具有一致性的关系。本文指出颅脑损伤的中心问题是脑的损伤，而脑的损伤中又以脑干及脑干邻近组织结构的损伤最为重要；由此，本文的分级也是以此为依据的。

A new classification of acute head injury was presented in this article.The grade Ⅲ of the traditional grading method,Was further divided into Ⅲ_1,Ⅲ_2,Ⅲ_3.This further classification is helpful in the clinical diagnosis and management of acute head injuries,and is consistent with pathological damages.The authors base the classification on the severity of the brain damage with belief that the focus of head injury is brain damage and the damage of brain stem and its neighboring tissues and structures is the most important part of the brain damage.
