摘要
应用鼠抗人IgG、IgM、IgA单克隆抗体及兔抗人C3血清(间接免疫荧光法)对32例臀肌挛缩症患儿及10例正常儿童臀肌进行了观察。结果发现,儿童臀肌挛缩症臀肌小血管壁、肌细胞质内及肌肉间质内均有颗粒状免疫复合物沉积。结合普通切片,我们认为,免疫损伤在儿童臀肌挛缩症发病机理中起重要作用。
Using rat antihuman IgG,IgM,IgA monclonal antibodies and rabbit antihuman C_3 serum(indirect immunofluorescence),immune complex were observed in frozen biopsy sections of gluteal muscle from two groups of children including 32 patients with the syndrome of gluteal muscle contracture and 10 normal controls.It was found that granular immune complex was deposited in the wall of sarcoplasm and internsitum of small vessels in gluteal muscle of the patients.Based on the findings in combination with those of ordinary sections,we believe that immune injury might play an important role in the pathogenesis of the syndrome of gluteal muscle contracture in children.
