本文从全人类共同利益和实践活动的负态效应阐述了可持续发展的必要性,并从可持续发展概念的核心出发,阐述了实现可持续发展的可能性.
It is a prerequisite in practising sustainable development for us to recognize the essentiality and possibility of sustainable development.Considering the common development benefits of hamans and the negative externalities of sustainable development practice,this article expounds and proves the essentiality of sustainable development,and further sets forth the possibility of realizing sustainable development.
