鱼微生物饲料添加剂(8801)对鲤鱼促生长试验 被引量:7

摘要 本试验应用四川农业大学微生态制剂厂生产的鱼微生物饲料添加剂(8801)对鲤 鱼进行促生长试验.对鱼种和成鱼均按所用配合料总量添加0.2% 8801.试验 结果尾重5克以上试验鱼种56880尾,试验123天,按国家标准基础日粮营养水 平,试验组提高增重36.6%,提高成活率10%,耗料下降18.2%,饵料系数1.8; 低于国家标准基础日粮营养水平,试验组提高增重19.5%,提高成活率5%,耗 料下降9.5%,饵料系数1.9;尾重125克以上试验成鱼22257尾,试期135天,按 国家标准基础日粮营养水平,试验组提高增重11.67%,提高成活率6.5%,耗料 下降8.7%,饵料系数2.1。低于国家标准基础日粮水平,试验组提高增重10.64%, 提高成活5.4%,耗料下降6.9%,饵料系数2.15%。可以结论,微生物添加剂在适 宜营养水平下,具有有效的促生长作用. The comparison trial of fingecling and growing carp were introduced to study the effects of microbial additivie '8801' in two diets of different nutrient levels on fish growth. The results showed that 0. 2% '8801' in the diet of standerd nutient level respectively rasied fingerling and growing carp weight gain 36.6% 11. 67% more than the control growp, and that 0. 2% '8801' in the diet of 10% lower nutient level raised fingerling and growing carp weight gain 19. 5%, 10. 64% more respectivily than the control growp. It can be .concluded that the nutient level is the key factor on the effect of growth-promted of Microbial additives.
