摘要
本实验用稀释滴种的定量方法,对两个鱼池内(分对照组和试验组,试验组的 饲料中添加0.1%微生物添加剂)健康鲤鱼肠道内的七种菌群(气单胞菌、大肠杆 菌、需氧芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、拟杆杆)进行了定性,定量 分析.结果表明,试验组鲤鱼肠道中大肠杆菌的数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05). 试验组鱼场道中的气单胞菌、需氧芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、双歧杆菌、拟杆菌有所 增多,但与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),而乳酸杆菌略有减少(P>0.05). 可见饵料中添加微生物添加剂有抑制鲤鱼肠道内大肠杆菌增殖的作用,并使肠 道内微生物的数量通过其它微生物特别是有益微生物的增加而达到新的平衡状态.
Qualitative and quantitative investigation was carried out on theintestinal microflora of two groups carp in freshwater culture ponds. Group oneadded the beneficial Bacillus in 0. 1 percent. Group two was taken as comparison.Seven Kinds of normal bacteria were inoculated on Various selective media,including Aeromonas, Escherichia coli, Bacillus. Saccharomycete, Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and Bacteriodes. The results showed that the numbers ofEscherichia coli in group one was lower than group two (P<0. 05) no Significant difference was found in the numbers of other Six Kinds of normal microflora. It has been showed that Feeding the carp with beneficial Bacillus Could resist the Escherichia Coli, So that the number reduced.
