鱼微生物饲料添加剂在不同营养水平下对鱼的促生长研究 被引量:6

摘要 本试验从鱼体内分离的芽孢杆菌作为菌种,制成鱼用微生物饲料添加剂,对鲤 鱼和草鱼进行应用试验。结果15-17克鲤鱼鱼苗饵料内加入0.1%鱼微生物添加 剂组,其尾均增重率和成活率分别较对照组多8.41%和12.1%.而加入0.3%鱼 微生物添加剂组,其增重率和成活率分别较对照组多3. 03%和11.2%,尾重49 -53克鲤鱼,加入0.1%鱼微生物添加剂组,其尾均增重率较对照组多8.82%, 比加入0.3%鱼微生物添加剂组多12.83%。尾重51-61克的鲤鱼与尾重98-116克 的草鱼混养,饵料内加入0.1%鱼微生物添加剂组,鲤鱼尾均增重率和成活率较 对照组分别多12.76%和6.5%,草鱼尾均增重和成活率较对照组分别多27.66%和 42.7%。对高、中、低三个饵料营养水平比较试验,以消化能3365.64大卡/kg 和粗蛋白含31%的中营养水平组的尾均增重率最好,较高营养水平组多30.89%, 比低营养养水平组多0.12%。 Bacillus isolated from fish and shrimp were first used as microbial feed additive (8801) to study their function on weight gain diet containimg and disease resistance of carps and chinese ides. The 0. l% '8801'. The weight gain and survival ratio of 15-17g weight carps wese 8. 21% and 12. 3% higher than the contrast respectively When 51-64g carps and 98-116g Chinses ides were cultivated together with the diet containing 0. 1% '8801', the weight gain and survival ratio of carps were 11. 96%and 6. 5% higher than the contrast, respectively while those of Chinese ides were 27. 26% and 42. 7%, respectively. Through the comparison of high, middle and low nutrient level the middle with digested energy 3365. 64 k. cal/kg and crude protein 31% got the highest average rate of weight gain which increased by 31. 6% contrasted with the high nutrient level. The middle nutrient level diet containing 0. 1% Microbial feed additive is adequate in fish cultiv-tion.
