鱼微生物饲料添加剂饲喂鲤鱼后对消化酶活性影响的研究

本试验是对饲喂鱼用微生物饲料添加剂后的鲤鱼，采用稀释法对其肠道消化酶中 的淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性进行检测。结果表明，试验组的淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性的均 数分别高于对照组３．８４和２．７６倍，差异显著。本研究认为，提高消化道酶活性是 微生物饲料添加剂的一个重要促生长作用因素。
