The Framework of Developing the Integrated Systems of Highway Network Planning,Management and Engineering Feasibility Study

本文通过对研制“公路网络规划、管理及工程可行性研究一体化系统”的构思，寻求建立一套集公路网络规划、管理及工程可行性研究于一体的交通需求分析基础理论以及基于该基础理论的路网规划、路网管理与公路工程可行性研究的实用方法，以使我国的路网规划和公路建设前期工作步入程序化、规范化、科学化的轨道，并为我国今后的现代化交通管理系统、交通诱导系统、交通信息系统及交通控制系统提供理论基础。

In this paper,a framework of the”Integrated Systems of Highway NetworkPlanning,Management and Engineering Feasibility Study”is presented.The basic theory ofthe traffic demand analysing and the applicable method based on the theory are established inthe systems in order to integrate the highway network planning,management and engineringfeasibility study. The systems can make full use of the traffic information and can reduce alot of duplicate research work,therefore,the work of China’s highway networks planningwill be standardized and rationalized.The systems will also be useful for the traffic managesystem,traffic guide system,traffic information system in China in the future.
