耳穴贴压治疗胆结石120例临床总结

Summary on 120 Cases of Cholelithes Treated with Auricular-plaster Therapy

取耳穴肝、胰胆、直肠、三焦、肾上腺、交感为一组；肝、胰胆、十二指肠、内分泌、神门、皮质下为一组。两组穴交替使用，隔日贴压一次，１２次为一疗程。贴压后嘱患者每日饭后自行按压１０～２０分钟。疗程间休息５天。共治１２０例，痊愈２９例（２４．２％），显效４８例（４０．０％），好转３３例（２７．５％），无效１０例（８．３％），总有效率为９１．７％。临床观察到，胆囊结石的疗效优于其它部位结石，湿热型的疗效最好。

In the treatment of cholelithes two groups of earpoints were employed alternatively: one included Live Pancreas-Gall Bladder, Rectum. Sanjian, Adrenal and Jiaogan, and the other included Liver, Pancreas-Gall Bladder, Duodenum, Endocretic, Shenmen and Subcortex. Bymeans of plaster, seeds of Semen Vaccariae were placed onthe ear Points. The treatment was employed once every other day, and 12 treatments made a course. There was a 5day break. between two courses. After the seeds wereplaced on the points the patients were asked to press theseeds for 10-20 minutes after meals. Of the toeal of 120cases treated, 29 cases were cured (26. 2%),48 casesmarkedly improved (40.0%),33 cases improved(27.5%) and 10 cases failed (8.3%). The total effective rate was (91. 7%). It was shown that the therapeuticeffect of the therapy in the treatment of cholelithes was better than in that of calculus located in any other position ofthe body, and the effect for the illness with damp-heat eviltype was the best.
